Does your schedule reflect what matters to you?

If someone peeked into your life and the only measure they had to go by was how you spend your time, would they know?

Would they know that your loved ones are your world?

Would they know how much you value your health and well-being and that of your family, that to you nothing else really matters?

Would they know how much you love being out in nature?

Would they know how deeply you care about issues like climate change, poverty and domestic violence?

Would they see you living and aligned, loving and joyful life RIGHT NOW, not postponing your happiness, waiting for that indeterminate future point where you have the energy/time/money/freedom to live the life you really want?

And if not, if your schedule doesn’t tell the truth about what really matters to you … will you be gently, lovingly honest with yourself, and start pivoting today?

Instead of being swept along in the winds of our modern culture demanding more, faster, better …

Instead of feeling that the busyness and the stress and the overwhelm are happening TO you …

Will you remember your power to choose?

Will you take ownership over those most precious of commodities, your energy and your time?

Will you DEVOTE yourself to a life grounded in what truly matters to you?
